Your future tasks


  • advice on the creation of procedures and instructions for safe performance of work,

  • support in preparing changes in documents and procedures related to occupational safety,

  • participation in post-accident proceedings, documenting the causes and circumstances of accidents and near-misses, in accordance with regulations and internal procedures and standards,

  • control of working conditions and advice on compliance with health and safety regulations, fire protection and environmental protection,

  • participation in occupational risk assessment,

  • organization and conduct of OHS training for employees,

  • preparing health and safety reports and analyses to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

Our expectations


  • higher education in occupational health and safety or related fields

  • authorization to work as an OHS Specialist in accordance with Polish regulations

  • at least 3 years of experience in coordinating OHS activities and implementing safety standards in the construction, engineering or related industries,

  • very good computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • high responsibility, independence in action and initiative in making decisions and solving problems related to the implementation of tasks,

  • ability to work in a team, communicativeness and the ability to effectively transfer knowledge and instructions,

  • category B driving licence.

If you do not want us to process data about you that is not required by law, please do not include it in your documents and in the application form.



  1. According to the content of the job advertisement, the administrator of your personal data is Budimex S.A., Siedmiogrodzka 9 Street, 01-204 Warsaw, (hereinafter referred to as "Budimex"). The Data Controller can be contacted by phone at +48 22 623 60 00 or in writing at the address of the Controller's registered office.

  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via e-mail address: osobowe@budimex.pl in any matter concerning the processing of personal data.

  3. Your personal data will be processed in order to:

    1. conducting the recruitment process – the legal basis for the processing is the legal obligation incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) in connection with the provisions of the Labour Code), in the scope of data not required by law – the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);

    2. conducting future recruitment processes, in the case of consent to the processing of data for this purpose – the legal basis for the processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);

    3. conducting recruitment marketing activities, in the case of consent to the processing of data for this purpose – the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);

    4. verification of qualifications and skills and determination of the terms of cooperation – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in verifying job candidates and determining the conditions of possible cooperation;

    5. satisfaction with participation in the recruitment process – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in improving the level of recruitment services;

    6. drawing up an employment contract or a civil law contract, in the case of a positive recruitment result –
      the legal basis for the processing is the necessity for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

    7. to establish or pursue possible claims or to defend against such claims by the Administrator – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in enabling the Administrator to defend its rights;

    8. if you are a candidate recommended in the BUDIMEX referral programme, your data will be processed in order for Budimex to provide the benefit due to the referring employee – the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in the necessity of processing to fulfil the assumptions of the Programme (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);



  4. The recipients of your personal data will be entities providing services to the Administrator related to the recruitment process or employment process, in particular IT solution providers, entities providing recruitment process support services, entities from the Budimex/Ferrovial group.

  5. If you consent to participate in future recruitment and recruitment marketing, Budimex will be the administrator of your personal data, in accordance with the content of the consent and to the extent that your personal data will be processed in the recruitment processes to which you have applied.

  6. Period of storage of your personal data:

    1. in the event of consent to the processing of personal data in future recruitment processes – until the consent is withdrawn or for a period of five years from the date of consent;

    2. in the case of consent to the processing of data for the purposes of recruitment marketing – until the Administrator withdraws this consent or decides to cease conducting recruitment marketing activities by the Administrator;

    3. to the extent that the legal basis for the processing is a legitimate interest, your personal data will be processed for a period of one year from the date of applying for a given job offer or until you submit an effective objection to the processing of personal data;

    4. in the case of conducting the recruitment process and in the case of drawing up an employment contract or a civil law contract – for the period of time required by the relevant provisions of law to store the data.



  7. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

    1. the right to withdraw consent, the right to access the content of data, the right to rectify data, the right to erasure of data, the right to restriction of data processing, the right to data portability,

    2. individual consents can be withdrawn by sending a statement to the e-mail address: osobowe@budimex.pl,

    3. the right to object to data processing – in the event that the processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of the so-called legitimate interest and under the conditions specified in the provisions of the GDPR,

    4. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (a public authority established to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons in relation to processing and to facilitate the free movement of personal data in the Union).



  8. Providing data to the extent indicated in the Labour Code or other specific acts (according to the requirements of the advertisement) is necessary to take part in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in the recruitment process.

  2. Administrator wyznaczył Inspektora Ochrony Danych, z którym można skontaktować poprzez adres e-mail: osobowe@budimex.pl w każdej sprawie dotyczącej przetwarzania danych osobowych.
  3. Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu:
    1. przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacyjnego – podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest obowiązek prawny ciążący na Administratorze (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych nr 2016/679 (RODO) w związku z przepisami Kodeksu pracy), w zakresie danych niewymaganych przepisami prawa – podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO);
    2. prowadzenia przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych, w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych w tym celu – podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO);
    3. prowadzenia działań marketingu rekrutacyjnego, w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych w tym celu – podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO);
    4. weryfikacji posiadanych kwalifikacji i umiejętności oraz ustalenia warunków współpracy – podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO), polegający na weryfikacji kandydatów do pracy oraz określenie warunków ewentualnej współpracy;
    5. badania satysfakcji z udziału w procesie rekrutacyjnym – podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) polegający na polepszaniu poziomu usług rekrutacyjnych;
    6. sporządzenia umowy o pracę lub umowy cywilnoprawnej, w przypadku pozytywnego wyniku rekrutacji –
      podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest niezbędność do wykonania umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO);
    7. ustalenia lub dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń lub obrony przed takimi roszczeniami przez Administratora – podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) polegający na umożliwieniu Administratorowi obrony swych praw;
    8. w przypadku kiedy jesteś kandydatem poleconym w programie poleceń BUDIMEX, Twoje dane będą przetwarzane w celu wydania przez Budimex świadczenia należnego pracownikowi polecającemu – podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora polegający na niezbędności przetwarzania do realizacji założeń Programu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO);
  4. Odbiorcami Twoich danych osobowych będą podmioty świadczące usługi na rzecz Administratora związane z obsługą procesu rekrutacyjnego czy procesu zatrudnienia, w szczególności dostawcy rozwiązań IT, podmioty świadczące usługi wsparcia procesów rekrutacyjnych, podmioty z grupy Budimex/Ferrovial.
  5. W przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych rekrutacjach oraz marketingu rekrutacyjnego, administratorem Twoich danych osobowych będzie Budimex, zgodnie z treścią zgody i w zakresie, w jakim Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w procesach rekrutacyjnych, na które aplikowałeś.
  6. Okres przechowywania Twoich danych osobowych:
    1. w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych w przyszłych procesach rekrutacyjnych – do czasu wycofania zgody lub przez okres pięciu lat od daty wyrażenia zgody;
    2. w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych na potrzeby marketingu rekrutacyjnego – do momentu wycofania tej zgody lub podjęcia decyzji o zaprzestaniu prowadzenia działań marketingu rekrutacyjnego przez Administratora;
    3. w zakresie, gdy podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest prawnie uzasadniony interes Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres jednego roku od zaaplikowania na daną ofertę pracy lub do czasu złożenia przez Ciebie skutecznego sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych osobowych;
    4. w przypadku prowadzenia procesu rekrutacyjnego oraz w przypadku sporządzenia umowy o pracę lub umowy cywilnoprawnej – przez czas jaki właściwe przepisy prawa nakazują przechowanie danych.
  7. W związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych, przysługują Ci następujące prawa:
    1. prawo do wycofania zgody, prawo dostępu do treści danych, prawo do sprostowania danych, prawo do usunięcia danych, prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania danych, prawo do przenoszenia danych,
    2. poszczególne zgody można wycofać poprzez przesłanie oświadczenia na adres e-mail: osobowe@budimex.pl,
    3. prawo do sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych – w przypadku gdy przetwarzanie Twoich danych osobowych odbywa się na podstawie tzw. prawnie uzasadnionego interesu i na warunkach określonych w przepisach RODO,
    4. prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorującego (organu publicznego powołanego w celu ochrony podstawowych praw i wolności osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem oraz ułatwiania swobodnego przepływu danych osobowych w Unii).
  8. Podanie danych w zakresie wskazanym w Kodeksie Pracy lub w innych ustawach szczegółowych (według wymogów ogłoszenia) jest niezbędne do wzięcia udziału w postępowaniu rekrutacyjnym. Podanie pozostałych danych ma charakter dobrowolny i nie ma wpływu na możliwość udziału w rekrutacji.
